This is really interesting!
I especially like how much depth there is from the intensity of the contrast. It feels odd because even though the right hand side where the sky is concerned is bleached white, it... doesn't hurt us, if that makes sense? Or, at least, the building and the strength of that offsets things very nicely indeed.
I like the graduation of the brightness and detail of the sky, where there is next to no detail on the right side and how detail is made out the further left you go.
I feel that you could have cropped the left side a bit, or even just moved the camera more to the left.. .or moved yourself more to the left, perhaps.
